NuBody Spa & Sculpting – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At NuBody Spa & Sculpting, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the quality and flow of our services — and out of respect for both our clients and therapists — we ask that all guests honor our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Prepaid Appointments
All appointments are prepaid — whether booked online or over the phone. This secures your appointment time and allows our team to prepare for your customized service in advance.
Please note: once payment has been made, no refunds are issued. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe, your payment will remain as credit toward a future service.
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Appointments canceled or changed before 24 hours will receive a credit toward a future visit.
- Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the prepaid service.
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to accommodate those on our waitlist who are eager to book last-minute openings.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for the next client. If you fail to show up or cancel last-minute, your prepaid session will be forfeited in full.
