At NuBody, we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs while maintaining a fair and efficient booking system. To support this, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice: We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

2. Deposits: All appointments require a deposit upon booking. While these deposits are nonrefundable, they can be credited towards future services if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

3. Forfeiture: If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the specified 48-hour period, you will forfeit your deposit or any prepaid service. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule and continue offering the best service to all our clients.

4. Same-Day Cancellation: Please be advised that cancelling on the same day of your appointment will result in being charged the remaining balance of the service.
