 No. Everything is included in the session price — travel to your location, full luxury spa setup, all equipment, professional supplies, and breakdown. The price you see is the price you pay, plus optional gratuity. 

 A non-refundable deposit reserves your session. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your appointment; if payment isn't received by then, the session is automatically cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. 

 Post-operative clients are welcome. We can often begin lymphatic drainage shortly after surgery, including while surgical drains are in place, when appropriate for your procedure and recovery plan. Please provide your surgery date, procedure, surgeon's name, and current healing status when booking so we can recommend the appropriate timing and treatment plan. If your surgeon has provided post-operative instructions, please have them available for review.

 Completely standard — we handle it professionally every time. Just notify your front desk or concierge that your private wellness provider will arrive about 15 minutes before your session, and let us know any access requirements when you share your address.
